IDGateway is a British software company whose AI-driven platform handles identity lifecycle management for regulated environments worldwide. It runs applications for passes, permits and clearances from first submission through to expiry, and automates the checks, approvals and record-keeping in between.

IDGateway's Virtual Pass Office checks every application with AI, so problems surface before anyone on your team opens the file. It reads and cross-checks documents, flags potential forgery, validates each photo against compliance standards and explains every rejection. Complete applications pass straight through, leaving only the ones that genuinely need a decision.

Yes. You can configure application forms, required checks and approval steps around the rules for each site or team. This gives applicants and approvers the right process to follow, while keeping a clear record of the decisions made.

Identity verification software confirms that someone is who they say they are, and for IDGateway that is the starting point rather than the finish. Your checks, approvals, permissions and compliance reporting sit in one system, and it logs every decision as it happens, so the audit is ready long before anyone asks to see it.

GatewayPro is the platform, and both AirportGateway 2.0 and VettingGateway are built on it. AirportGateway manages the airport ID pass lifecycle, while VettingGateway handles pre-employment screening.
